I denna studie utförs en fördjupad utvärdering av affärsmodellen samverkan mellan beställareoch entreprenör. Studien fokuserar på hur samverkan påverkar produktionen jämfört med entraditionell totalentreprenad. För att undersöka detta ämne har litteraturstudier samtkvantitativa och kvalitativa studier utförts.Studien utförs hos företaget Micasa Fastigheter. En av studiens utgångspunkter är att få enfördjupad insyn i de största skillnaderna mellan en traditionell totalentreprenad och entotalentreprenad i samverkan. En annan utgångspunkt är att förstå hur tid, kvalitet ochekonomi påverkas i en totalentreprenad i samverkan. Den sista utgångspunkten är attidentifiera för- och nackdelar mellan de olika arbetssätten ur beställarens ochhuvudentreprenörens perspektiv.Studien ger en överblick av hur samverkan påverkar olika aspekter inom byggbranschen,såsom tvister, bristfällig kvalitet i projekt, otillräcklig kompetens och tidsbrist. Denna studiebeskriver även vad affärsmodellen samverkan innebär och dess huvudfaser.Sammanfattningsvis visar resultaten att samverkan har en positiv påverkan på arbetsmiljönför både entreprenörer och beställare. Kvaliteten blev avsevärt mycket bättre isamverkansmodellen jämfört med den traditionella modellen. Dessutom visar resultaten attåterbruk är vanligare och enklare att integrera i projekten. Slutligen indikerar resultaten attpris och tid kan vara nackdelar i samverkansmodellen, beroende på vilka som arbetar isamverkan och deras förmåga att samarbeta effektivt.Sammanfattningsvis är det avgörande att en samverkansentreprenad bygger på gemensammamål, förtroende och transparens för att kunna lyckas.

In this study, an in-depth evaluation of the business model partnering between client andcontractor is conducted. The study focuses on the impact of partnering during productioncompared to a traditional ABT. To investigate this topic, literature reviews and bothquantitative and qualitative studies have been performed.The study is conducted at the company Micasa Fastigheter. One of the main objectives is togain an in-depth understanding of the major differences between a traditional ABT andpartnering within ABT. Another objective is to understand how time, quality, and economyare affected by partnering. The final objective is to identify the advantages and disadvantagesof the different working methods from the perspectives of the client and the main contractor.The study provides an overview of how partnering affects various aspects of the constructionindustry, such as disputes, poor project quality, insufficient competence, and time constraints.This study also describes what the partnering business model is and how it is structured.In summary, the results show that partnering has a positive impact on the workingenvironment for both contractors and clients. The quality significantly improves in thecollaborative model compared to the traditional one. Additionally, the results indicate that thereuse of materials is more common and easier to implement in collaborative projects. Finally,the results suggest that cost and time can be disadvantages in the collaborative model,depending on the participants and their ability to work together effectively.In summary, it is crucial for a collaborative contracting project to be founded on shared goals,trust, and transparency to achieve success.
