Abstract [en]

In wireless sensor network, the acceleration and the orientation are usually the very important parameters in many applications, like smart packaging, fresh food transportation and healthcare. Therefore, this paper implement a system that achieves the orientation detection applications in real-time by two different sensors, one accelerometer and one inertial measurement unit. In this system, the Arduino Uno performs as a microprocessor that reads the sensing data from the sensors and sends the results through WiFi. Then a real-time monitor is developed in the computer to show the rotation of the sensors in 3D display by the Processing programming language.
