Abstract [sv]

Syftet med projektet har varit att analysera och förbättra krets och konstruktion av ett tidigare projektarbete. Det omfattar modellering av 3D-skrivna komponenter samt en iterativ process av att testa och förbättra delar av kretsens design. Förbättringar har avsett främst att öka det avstånd på vilket globen kan sväva, och längden av tid som kretsen kan drivas innan värmerelaterade problem uppstår. Dessa problem har för det mesta lösts och resultatet av projektet är en krets som kan reglera globens position en längre tid utan att instabilitet uppstår.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this project has been to analyse and improve on a circuit and the construction of a previous graduation project. It involved modelling of 3D-printed components as well as an iterative process of testing and improving parts of the circuit design. Improvements have primarily been focused on increasing the distance at which the glove can levitate, and the duration of which it can levitate before heat-related issues arise. These issues have mostly been resolved and the results is a circuit which can regulate the globe’s position for a longer period without instability being introduced.
