Den styrande faktorn i ett byggprojekt är oftast ekonomisk. Genom hela Sverige utförsanläggningsarbeten i bred omfattning. I takt med att projekten blir större och större och medfler aktörer inblandade, krävs det att planeringen fungerar från start. Genom att göranoggranna planeringsarbeten kan vi undvika att oförutsedda händelser uppstår i projektetsutförandefas. Således håller sig projektet till budgeten och kostnaderna hålls nere. För att fåreda på detta behöver man veta vilka riktlinjer och lagar som ska följas i Sverige vidupprättandet av en markprojektering. Dessutom behöver man veta vad som krävs för att kunnapåbörja projekteringsplanen och vad som kommer ingå i den. Hjälpmedel som används förprojekteringen är datorprogram som exempelvis CAD och BIM men även annat såsomreferensverket AMA och Plan- och bygglagen.Denna rapports avgränsningar är underlag som krävs för att upprätta en entreprenad i Sverige.För att inte det blir för omfattande handlar detta examensarbete om projekt som är upp till 10miljoner kronor och utförs som totalentreprenad vilket betyder att beställaren har givit en aktörutförandet till både projektering och utförandet. Det övergripande målet för dettaexamensarbete är att redovisa en enklare beskrivning om hur markprojektering går till ibyggnadsbranschen. Slutsatsen för detta examensarbete är om man inte planerar projektet iförväg riskerar man att arbetet kan bli mycket mer kostsamt. Det är även att noggrannplanering skapar mer struktur i projektet och genom att ha goda förberedelser kan rätt resurssättas in i rätt tid.

The leading factor in a construction project is usually financial. Throughout Sweden,construction work is carried out on a broad scale. As the projects get bigger and bigger withmore participants involved, it is required that the planning of the project work from the start.By doing careful planning, we can avoid unforeseen events occuring in the execution of theproject. Thus, the project sticks to the original budget and the costs are kept down to theminimum. To find out this, a person needs to know which guidelines and laws that must befollowed in Sweden when establishing a ground design. Also you need to know what isrequired to be able to start the design plan and what will be included in it. Resources used forthe design are computer programs such as CAD and BIM, but also other material like thereference work AMA and The Planning and Building Act.The limitations of this report are the basis required to establish a contract in Sweden. In orderfor this project to not become too extensive, this thesis will focus on projects that are up to 10million SEK that are carried out as a turnkey contract, which means that the client has given acontractor the execution for both the design and the building for the project. The overall goalof this thesis is to present an easier way to understand how the ground design is done in theconstruction industry. The conclusion for this thesis is that if you do not plan the project inadvance, you risk that the budget can become more costly. It is also that careful planningcreates more structure in the project and by having good preparations, the right resource canbe deployed at the right time.
