Abstract [en]

We experimentally demonstrated a series of photonics-wireless transmissions in the 300–500 GHz band at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the Zhejiang University (ZJU), with special efforts to drive the data rates beyond 100 Gbps and to extend the THz wireless reach by combining the techniques of state-of-the-art optoelectronic THz devices, spectrally efficient modulation formats and advanced digital signal processing.
