In order to increase the local degree of self-sustainability in Kungsör municipality, increase the variety of primary production in the area, promote entrepreneurship and small businesses in primary production and increase the number of professional growers in the area, a farming incubator with spaces for public use – a People's House – is proposed in the town of Kungsör, creating a synergy of innovation and public forum.

The farming incubator is an organization that aims to promote and facilitate for start-up companies and entrepreneurs in primary production to develop their companies, by providing branch-specific infrastructure, business consulting and coaching, and form a link between the entrepreneur and established companies in Kungsör or Eskilstuna municipality providing services of accounting, PR, business law, etc.

The harmony between the program of the farming incubator and the one of the People's House forms a synergy between the two programs; the farming incubator, on the one hand, generates substance and value for the People's House, and the People's House, on the other hand, assists with the necessary resources and infrastructure for the farming incubator. As a result, they benefit from each other's closeness and programmatic integration.

För att i Kungsörs kommun öka den lokala självförsörjningsgraden, öka variationen av primärproduktion i området, främja entreprenörskap och småföretagande inom primärproduktion och öka antalet yrkesodlare i området, föreslås en odlingsinkubator i anslutning till Folkets hus, i Kungsör.

Odlingsinkubatorn är en organisation som syftar till att främja och underlätta för nystartade företag inom primärproduktion att etablera sig, genom att bistå med branschspecifik infrastruktur och kunskap, affärsrådgivning och -coachning, samt bilda en länk mellan entreprenören och redan etablerade företag i Kungsör eller Eskilstuna kommun som erbjuder tjänster inom redovisning, marknadsföring, rekrytering och affärsjuridik.

Att odlingsinkubatorns program harmoniserar med det givna programmet för Folkets hus bildar en mutualism mellan de två programmen; odlingsinkubatorn å sin sida genererar substans och värde till Folkets hus, och Folkets hus å sin sida bistår med nödvändiga resurser och infrastruktur till odlingsinkubatorn. Därav drar de nytta av varandras närhet och programmatiska integrering. En synergi mellan innovation och publika forum.
