Industrihuset är ett "Folkets hus" i Järna utanför Södertälje som står resilient mot skiftningar i de kulturella och sociala strukturer som sker under husets  liv. Genom att bryta upp och abstrahera arkitekturen till de basala arkitektoniska funktionerna som folket, individen & programmet,  behöver så skapar Industrihuset en ram där folket kan förändra arkitektoniska egenskaper i samverkan med de samtida kulturella och sociala strukturerna. Industrihuset är en demokratisk plats för alla, för folket, i folkets samtida kontext. Industrihuset blir ett fritt forum, ett offentligt vardagsrum där rum för; verkstad, teater, biograf, mötesrum, konsert, rave, dop, vigsel, begravningsceremoni, ateljé, musikstudio, meditationsplats, performance, padelbana, schackturnering, demonstration, revolution,  [infoga framtida ockupation]... separat, parallellt, samtidigt, sammanflätat kan ske.  Denna dynamik omfamnar begreppet hybriditet och ger huset kraft att hantera den kulturella utvecklingen, en social hållbarhet.

Industrihuset is a community house ("Folkets hus") in Järna, Södertälje that stays resilient against the shifts in cultural and social structures that happens during the house's existence.  By breaking up and abstracting the architecture to its basal architectural functions that the people, the individual and the program needs, the house creates a frame where the people can change architectural characteristics in conjunction with contemporary cultural and social structures. Industrihuset is a democratic place for everyone, for the people, in the contemporary context of the people. Industrihuset will be a free forum, a public living room with room for; workshop, theater, cinema, meeting room, concert, rave, baptism, wedding, funeral ceremony, studio, music studio, meditation site, performance, paddle court, chess tournament, demonstration, revolution, [insert future occupation] ... separately, in parallel, simultaneously, intertwined can take place. This dynamics embraces the concept of hybridity and gives the house the power to manage cultural development and social sustainability.
