Projektet Folkets hus + är beläget i Farstanäs utanför Järna i  Södertälje och bygger på tidigare projekt på samma plats. Projektet är på så sätt en förlängning och vidareutveckling av tidigare projekt, Odlingsmolekylen. Projektet Odlingsmolekylen innebar att tidigare campingområde i Farstanäs istället utvecklats till ett odlingsinternat som fungerar som en förstudie samt som alternativ till Odlingsinkubatorn i Södertälje. Studenterna bor i kompakta studentboenden inspirerade av campinglivsstilen och har gemensamma servicehus och odlingsytor som formar sig likt en molekyl. Folkets hus + är en flexibel byggnad som rymmer ett hybridprogram som både fungerar som en förlängning av studenternas boende, ett kollektivhus med större sällskapsytor, en odlingsskola med utbildningslokaler, och ett öppet folkets hus för alla med ett flytande program som passar för flera typer av aktiviteter. Folkets hus + är en modern tolkning av klassiska folkets hus där fokus i projektet ligger på en ökad kunskap inom jordbruk och en väg in i yrket, men även på att nyttja latent mark i landsbygdsmiljö för att skapa en större samhörighet och en social mötesplats för odlingsintresserade. 

The Community house + project is located in Farstanäs, just outside Järna in Södertälje in Sweden, and is based on a previous project at the same location. The project is thus an extension and further development of the previous project, The Cultivation Molecule. The Cultivation Molecule project meant that the former camping area in Farstanäs had instead been transformed into a cultivation boarding school that serves as a feasibility study and as an alternative to the Cultivation Incubator in Södertälje. The students live in compact student housing inspired by the camping lifestyle and have common service houses and cultivation areas that are shaped like a molecule. The Community House +  is a flexible building that accommodates a hybrid program that serves as an extension of the students' housing, a collective house with larger social areas, a cultivation school with educational facilities, and an open community house for everyone, with a flexible program suitable for several types of activities. The Community House + is a modern interpretation of the classic community house in Sweden, where the focus of the project is on increased knowledge in agriculture and a stepping stone into the profession, but also to utilize the land in the rural environment to create a greater sense of community and a social meeting place for people interested in agriculture.
