Vibrationsnivåer orsakade av tungtrafikens passage över busskuddar (Swedish)
Abstract [en]

This thesis study ground vibrations caused by speed bumps, more specifically road cushions (in Swedish “busskuddar”). Ground vibrations were measured at three distances from the vibrations source and at two locations with different depths to the bedrock. In addition, the propagation of ground vibrations when the upper layers of the ground both were and were not frozen were measured at one site. The results when comparing the power spectrum functions between when having the upper ground layers frozen and not frozen, were practically the same for all frequencies. Only at certain lower frequencies the energy content was higher for the measurement when the upper ground layers were frozen. The transfer functions for those two measurements were similar which was expected since the measurements were at the same location. When comparing the power spectrum functions between the two different locations, the energy content was higher at lower frequencies for the location with a larger depth to bedrock. The transfer function was also similar at frequencies under 20 Hz. In conclusion, the energy content was higher only at certain frequencies when the upper layers of the ground were frozen, while at the different locations, the frequencies with the highest energy content differed.

Abstract [sv]

Denna uppsats studerar markvibrationer orsakade av farthinder, närmare bestämt busskuddar. Markvibrationerna mättes på tre olika avstånd från vibrationskällan på två platser med olika djup till berggrunden. Dessutom studerades utbredningen av markvibrationer både med och utan tjäle (när de övre skikten av marken både var och inte var frusna) på en av mätplatserna. Resultaten när man jämförde effektspektrum funktionerna mellan med och utan tjäle var praktiskt taget desamma för alla frekvenser. Endast vid vissa lägre frekvenser var energiinnehållet högre för mätningen med tjäle. Frekvenssvarsfunktionerna för dessa två mätningar var likartade vilket förväntades eftersom mätningarna utfördes på samma plats. Vid jämförelse av effektspektrum funktionen mellan de två olika mätplatserna var energiinnehållet högre vid lägre frekvenser för platsen med större djup till berggrunden. Frekvensvarsfunktionen var likartad vid frekvenser under 20 Hz. Sammanfattningsvis var energiinnehållet högre endast vid vissa frekvenser med tjäle, medan på de olika mätplatserna skilde sig frekvenserna med högst energiinnehåll.
