The proposal is situated between Nickstahöjden/Backlura and Nynäsgård station, and the building contains features that people from both areas are likely to appreciate. Association premises / sports hall for Backlura and a cafe, an exciting climbing center, and a shop for the commuters. It functions both as a meeting place and as a venue for associations and sports. The building is made of wood and glass and sits on a heavy concrete foundation embedded in the slope. A distinctive feature of the building is the long staircase running along the slope, which creates, among other things, a new connection for walking between the commuter train station and Backlura.

Förslaget ligger mellan Nickstahöjden/Backlura och Nynäsgårds station och huset inehåller funktioner som folk från båda hållen skulle kunna tänkas uppskatta. Föreningslokaler / sporthall åt Backlura och cafe, spännande klättercenter och en affär åt dem pendlande. Det fungerar både som en mötesplats och också som en lokal för förening och sport. Byggnaden är gjort i trä och glas och ligger på en tung betonggrund som är ingjuten i sutterängen. Något som identifierar byggnaden är den långa trappan som går längs med sutterängen och skapar bland annat en ny koppling för att gå mellan pendeltågsstationen och Backlura.
