Nynäsgård station combines a station building with facilities for the local Cultural School. The building is located next to the train tracks, right where Nynäsvägen and Centralgatan intersect. The site has the potential to become an important meeting point in the city. The Cultural School has 600 students annually and currently lacks a dedicated space because local politicians have moved into their existing premises. Additionally, there is no proper station at Nynäsgård despite the large number of commuters in the municipality. The building is three stories high, with the top floor being slightly smaller. The first floor is public, housing a large waiting hall combined with exhibition spaces for students. The second and third floors will provide space for the Cultural School. The top floor features a studio with generous north-facing light. The building has a steel structure with glass facades, exposing the activities inside.The new station building encourages the use of public transportation instead of driving. New trees will be planted on the previously asphalted area, enhancing and extending the nearby City Park.

Nynäsgård pendeltågsstation får ett nytt stationshus som kombineras med lokaler för Kulturskolan och annan kulturverksamhet. Byggnaden placeras invid tågspåret, precis där Nynäsvägen och Centralgatan möts. Platsen har potential att bli en viktig mötespunkt. Kulturskolan har årligen 600 elever och saknar idag en plats att vara på då kommunpolitikerna har flyttat in i deras befintliga lokaler. Det finns heller ingen riktig station vid Nynäsgård trots den stora mängden pendelresenärer i kommunen. Byggnaden är i tre våningar där den översta är något mindre. Den första våningen blir helt offentlig och rymmer en stor vänthall som kombineras med utställningsytor för Kulturskolans elever och lokala konstnärer. På våning två och tre finns utrymmen för Kulturskolan. Den översta våningen rymmer en ateljé med generöst ljusinsläpp från norr. Byggnaden har en stålkonstruktion med glasade fasader som exponerar verksamheten utåt. På platsen finns idag en bensinmack, en av flera i närområdet. Den nya stationsbyggnaden uppmuntrar till att åka kollektivt istället för att ta bilen. På den tidigare asfalterade ytan planteras nya träd och annan växtlighet vilket förstärker och förlänger den närliggande Stadsparken.
