Abstract [en]

We describe a statistical model for reproducibility analysis in a human brain image database system where computer-intensive simulations are managed by a workflow system. Compared to a traditional model such as the Parallel Virtual Machine (PVM) we obtain automatic logging and transactional features from the underlying database system, while retaining a uniform view over heterogeneous computer systems.
