Abstract [en]

The aim of this report is to develop a design proposal for a building containing both school and

activity centre in the district of Vega in Haninge, Stockholm. The building contains, besides the

school, a library, facilities for the elderly, two sport halls, recreation centre and a gym. Since the

municipal of Haninge has high ambitions regarding sustainability for this new area this proposal

form the basis to achieve a clear environmental profile of this new building. Several green

building certifications have been analyzed and have been guiding the process. From a

sustainable perspective, a proposal for the envelope has been worked out; the report also

contains a discussion about the buildings energy supply. Furthermore, as large adjustments to

the land and building as possible has been made from a sustainable perspective. To meet the

curriculum requirements for personalization makes great demands on the design. This has led

to deeper analysis of school designing. The key words have been more open space floor, more

flexibility and more study rooms.

Abstract [sv]

Rapporten syftar till att ta fram ett gestaltningsforslag till ett aktivitetshus och skola for

klasserna 7-9 i stadsdelen Vega i Haninge. Byggnaden innehaller forutom skolan ett bibliotek,

lokaler for aldreomsorg, tva idrottshallar, en fritidsgard och ett gym. I och med att Haninge

kommun har hoga ambitioner for denna nya stadsdel ger detta forslag en grund till att fa en

tydlig miljoprofil pa denna byggnad. Ett flertal miljocertifieringssystem har analyserats och har

varit vagledande i processen. Ur hallbarhetsperspektiv har ett forslag till klimatskal utarbetats

samt att en diskussion om energiforsorjning fors. Vidare har en sa stor anpassning till tomten

och byggnaden som mojligt gjorts utifran ett hallbart perspektiv. Att mota laroplanens krav pa

individanpassning staller stora krav pa den rumsliga losningen. Detta har gjort att djupare

analys lagts ned pa framforallt utformningen av skolan. Ledorden har varit, oppnare

planlosning, storre flexibilitet samt fler grupprum.
