Abstract [en]

NOVELTY - A relay node (200), a destination and a flow, are jointly selected for a specific transmitting node (100). A set of information is selected from transmit queue of the transmitting node, based on the selected destination and flow, for transmission to the selected relay node. USE - For forwarding information in packet radio multi-hop network of cellular system. ADVANTAGE - Allows for selection among relays for multiple packets, while simultaneously adapting link parameters such as link mode, transmit power and antenna weights for optimal communication. Thus it is possible to maximize the throughput and network performance, minimize the delay, reduce power consumption, improve flow control and reduce cost of transfer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) information transmitting system; (2) communication node; and (3) control node.
