2003 (English)Patent (Other (popular science, discussion, etc.))
NOVELTY - A multihop network implements a reactive routing protocol, for enabling nodes to continuously adapt resources in response to a topology change, so as to optimize the performance of a connection between source node and destination node. USE - Wireless multihop network including nodes such as laptop computer, mobile phone and personal digital assistant (PDA). ADVANTAGE - Enables optimizing the performance of the connection between the source node and the destination node reliably. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) performance optimization method; and (2) node within wireless multihop network. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a flow chart explaining the performance optimization method.
