Abstract [en]

Questions of cooperation are essential in the process of constructing and operating SDIs. However, even if cooperation in this field is often regarded as an important factor it is seldom a prime target for studies and research. This is in contrast to other fields where real breakthroughs have been made with cooperation in focus. Basic information about cooperation is given in this article. Furthermore a view on SDI is developed based on the notion of cooperation and the authors own (Swedish) experience. This leads to a problem analysis which is presented here and will be used for further research.
