Abstract [en]

The purpose of this work was to project a house and its installations and to make an in depth analysis

that has a relation to the house. We chose to analyze how much solar radiation contributes

depending on how the house is placed in the oriented directions.

The essay deals with everything from construction and installation techniques to materials selection

and calculations of power and energy for sizing and designing installations such as heating,

ventilation, sanitation and electricity. Build technically, we have sized a composite timber element

with outputs from the load combinations, Eurocode and Design of timber structures. As well have we

made a plurality of drawings with corresponding features on different parts of the house been made

in a CAD-program. The housing structure has been designed so that you can enjoy the lake view

available from the property, made the living room "airy" to give it a more pleasant place to be in. The

Installation systems have been placed, given that they are distracting and give an uncomfortable

feeling in the room. Therefore we have chosen to have an installation roof and placed all the

installation equipme


as far from the bedroom area as possible.

In the process, we have gained a greater insight how much sun actually contributes to energy

heating. Realized how much work it is behind a project of a house and all of its drawings. The solar

radiation energy to a building can be utilized in many several ways.
