Abstract [en]

Discusses the concept of quality and theories of quality in relation to design, architecture, and town planning. One theory is based on the assumption of the existence of a core of unchanging values at any time, another on the idea of balance between good and bad values, and a third on the idea that quality is perceived through measurable attributes, quality experiences, and value judgments.
