Abstract [en]

A Comparison of two pages from an HCI perspective This study evaluates the Royal Institute of Technology and Chalmers University of Technology web sites from a high school student's perspective in order to assess whether high school students find the information they seek. Both qualitative data from interviews such as satisfaction and usability as well as quantitative data such as time and number oferrors are collected and analyzed. The results showed that Chalmers' home page was better than KTH´s from any perspective that was evaluated.

En jämförelse av två webbsidor ur ett MDI perspektiv I denna studie granskas Kungliga tekniska högskolans och Chalmers tekniska högskolas hemsidor ur en gymnasieelevs perspektiv med syftet att utvärdera om gymnasieeleverna finner den information de söker på dessa webbsidor. Både kvalitativ data från intervjuer så som tillfredställelse och användbarhet samt kvantitativ data så som tid och antal fel insamlas och analysers. Resultatet av studien visade att Chalmers hemsida var bättre än KTH:s ur alla perspektiv som utvärderads.
