Abstract [en]

sustainable development by reducing the energy use by EU:s directive of energy efficiency and the UN Convention. The second purpose is to present the technical solutions regarding ventilation and heating system that is being used in passive houses. This was done using 8 passive houses, 4 germany and 4 swedish passive houses. Even the international and Swedish system requirements for passive houses have been addressed in this project. The goal was also to explain how and why the mechanical system in passive houses has developed to the technology used today. Because the building and property section stands for 40% of the total energy consumption within the union, EU demands that member countries has to be more energy efficient to reduce energy consumption and therefore reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. For this to be possible, all new buildings after 31 of december 2020 have to be nearly zero- energy buildings, which becomes a national law in all EU member countries, according to the EU directive of energy performance of buildings. Ventilation system with heat recovery in passive houses has developed when it comes to heat exchangers and the electric motors in the ventilation unit. Within the heating system, a development has led to compact units where ventilation, heating and domestic hot water is integrated in the ventilation system. As technical systems combines with solar collectors, the heating system will become more efficient.

hållbar utveckling genom att minska energianvändningen utifrån EU:s direktiv om bland annat energieffektivitet och FN:s klimatkonvention. Ett annat syfte var att presentera de tekniska lösningar gällande ventilation- och uppvärmningssystem som används i passivhus. Detta gjordes med hjälp av 8 passivhus, 4 tyska respektive 4 svenska passivhus. I arbetet har även de internationella och svenska kravspecifikationerna för passivhus tagits upp. Målet var också att förklara hur och varför de mekaniska systemen i passivhus har utvecklats till den teknik som används idag. Eftersom bostad- och fastighetssektorn står för 40 % av den totala energianvändningen inom Unionen kräver

EU att medlemsländerna ska energieffektivitet, inom denna sektor för att på så sätt minska energianvändningen och därmed minska växthusgaser i atmosfären. För att detta ska bli möjligt ska alla nybyggda hus efter 31 december 2020 vara nära nollenergibyggnader som blir en nationell lagstiftning i alla EU:s medlemsländer, enligt EU-direktivet om byggnaders energiprestanda. Ventilationssystem med värmeåtervinning i passivhus har utvecklats när det gäller värmeväxlare och de eldrivna motorerna i ventilationsaggregatet. Inom uppvärmningssystem har en utveckling lett fram till kompakta enheter där ventilation, värme och tappvarmvatten är integrerat i ventilationsaggregatet. Då tekniska system kombineras med solfångare blir uppvärmningssystemet mycket effektivt.
