Multi-pass frequency conversion in PPKTP

A multi-pass scheme with periodically poled KTiOPO4 was employed to optimize the non-resonant frequency conversion of a non-planar monolithic ring Nd: YAG laser. We measured a normalized conversion efficiency as high as 27.3 % W-1.
