Abstract [sv]

Kvävedioxids (NO2) reaktionsmekanism undersöktes för att observera ifall syrena kan agera radikal i radikalreaktioner. Detta testades genom att nitrera 2,6-metylfenol* med kvävedioxid och observera ifall 2,6-metyl-p-bensokinon* och kväveoxid (NO) bildas. Detta gjordes genom att analysera prover med HPLC respektive en kemisk metod, brunringstestet. Både p-bensokinon och NO detekterades.
