Abstract [sv]

Denna undersökande rapport redogör för implementering av kunskap från olika miljörelaterade utbildningar presenterade hos IVL Kunskap. Fokus i rapporten ligger på om transfer problematik utgör en faktor för huruvida deltagare själva menar att innehåll från utbildningar med för ett förändrat arbets sätt tillbaka på arbetsplatsen samt hur erhållen kunskap förmedlas vidare till kollegor. Resultatet är baserat på en intervjustudie av deltagare hos IVL Kunskapskurser. Resultatet av analysen visar på en bristfällig implementering i den faktiska verksamheten vilket belyser behovet av fortsatt arbete med hur kunskap kan överföras från teori till praktik.

 

Abstract [en]

This investigative report describes the implementation of knowledge from various environmental programs featured at IVL Kunskap. The focus of the report is on how the transfer problem may be a factor in whether the participants themselves believe that the content of training programs involve a change in work back on the workplace and how acquired knowledge is passed onto colleagues. The result is based on an interview study with participants of the courses at IVL Kunskap. The results of the analysis show a lack of implementation in the actual activity which highlights the need for further work on how knowledge can be transferred from theory to practice.
