Study of Education System From the Perspective of Innovation: In Iranian High Schools

Abstract [en]

The importance of education is increasing as it influences personal development of students. Some scholars approved the positive effect of high quality education on the future success of individual’s career. Moreover human being is facing innovation in every facet of its life and it is indispensable to be innovative, so it is beneficial to study these education and innovation. The current study seeks to demonstrate innovative education and examine two elements, i.e. innovative teachers and open climate that affect on innovation of schools. Semi-constructed interviews with the principals of high schools were done in order to gather data about current situation of high schools in terms of mentioned elements. The results show that both factors exist in Iranian high schools.
