Abstract [en]

The aim of this study is twofold. Firstly, it is to assess the declared perceived

safety of visitors in relation to their personal characteristics as well

as to the environment of the shopping mall. Based on this assessment, the

study proposes changes to improve shopping centres’ safety conditions.
