Abstract [en]

The increasing demand for capacity in modern communication systems has made it essential to transition to higher frequencies. With the use of millimeter and sub-millimeter bands, the increase in link losses enforces the use of more directive, precisely pointed, and low-loss antennas. The upcoming of large satellite constellations and the need for ubiquitous connectivity also calls for terminals that are capable of fast pointing.
